My first Time Traveler dedication is to Gil Pender, an American writer in Paris, played by Owen Wilson from Midnight in Paris. Gil travels to 1920’s Paris and runs into F. Scott Fitzgerald, Ernest Hemingway, Gertrude Stein, and Pablo Picasso. He later travels to 1890’s Paris and runs into Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Paul Gauguin and Edgar Degas. Don’t worry, he knows it’s a big deal. The movie was written and directed by Woody Allen. Hats off to you Gil Pender. Too Bad we’ll never read your book.

So, what does that mean exactly? As a history major I deal with things that have happened in time, the past to be precise. And who knows, maybe I participate in other forms of time travel….
